For over 70 years, McDonald’s has been a favorite restaurant of families. But competition has escalated and even though Happy Meal sales are thriving today, we are losing share with families overall as the value equation has struggled to keep up.
How might we build digital touchpoints that grow McDonald’s share with families? How would we measuresuccess?
Students will design solutions that:

-Consider cross-channel (in-store, drive thru, delivery) applications
-Explore fullyintegrated vsnon integrated
